The Australian Department of Home Affairs has announced that from 1 July 2023, work restrictions for student visa holders are capped at 48 hours per fortnight.
As an overseas student studying in Australia on a student visa, you must balance your study and work commitments, to ensure you continue to meet your visa requirements at all times, including but not limited to satisfactory academic progress, adequate health insurance, and work restrictions.
