The Academic Board is delegated responsibility by the Board of Directors for the academic governance of the Institute. This includes academic policy making, academic administration and oversight of the educational process. The Academic Board determines academic policy and has responsibility for the achievement of educational objectives of the Institute’s higher education courses.
