Some of the external services and resources available (including in languages other than English) are listed below.

• Beyond Blue https://www.beyondblue.org.au/ is one of Australia’s most trusted mental health support service. You can talk or chat online with a counsellor. 
• Lifeline https://www.lifeline.org.au/  offers online and phone support, as well as a free interpreting service if you wish to use your native language. To access this service call TIS on 131 450 and ask to talk to Lifeline on 13 11 14 in the language required. TIS will call 13 11 14 on behalf of the caller.
• Headspace https://headspace.org.au/  has a number of services available which include support for work and study.  The website has flyers about their services available in 21 languages: https://headspace.org.au/headspace-centres/mount-druitt/headspace-flyers-now-available-in-21-languages
• Suicide Call Back Service https://www.suicidecallbackservice.org.au/  is a nationwide service providing 24/7 telephone and online counselling to people affected by suicide.
